Now now people, just because his stuff isn't perfect doesn't make it a "Fail." Look, no one started out perfect, right? Well, maybe Chuck Norris, but that's besides the point. 
If you want to help someone improve, saying "Typical" just doesn't cut it. Focus on the good... Theeeennnn mention something you might change. If it's really no good, then don't waste your time commenting.
The third is my favorite, I like the combo of the torso and helmet.

Okay, The first fig is nice, But it doesn't really have much of a use, How many soldiers do you see that are tiny?
The second one is also nice, But the helmet just seems a bit off to me, The Z-6 (?) that he's holding is really ice, But I think you should paint it black. Finally the last guy is my favourite, The gun looks really cool and the combos are really nice.

The first one is just to show off my template for short figs.
The second, yeah, needs work, the main focus is the clay helmet, which sucks, but anyway.
The third is purist, just to show off the gun, I bricklinked it, 0 talent needed.
BTW all the crappy creations are just to put everybody off balance for the contest.
