pretty nice but far too messy for me.
And the orange (Sharpie?) marker that you used doesn't look like the official LEGO orange at all.

It's good, but like some other peeps said, it's a tad messy, but I can see you've got the mindset.
I'd recommend paint, because sharpie/marker rubs off and smears real easy. Take some rubbing alcohol and a rag to it, sand the top down, paint it with orange paint and it'll be perfect. Just a little advice.

I'd like to be a tad nice in this but Ill just out right and say that it looks like Teebs got drunk and decided to make a minifigure one night. The gun is over used and the sharpie is quite messy, also I'm pretty sure the contest needs you to build something not just make a custom, I see some potential though.

I was thinking the same thing, but I didn't want to be seen as "The Evil Admin Hazard" or something...

The figure could use some improvement.

Maybe you should think about using decals? I would suggest using paper and glue until you skills in prove. If you'd like I'll make a custom Clone Trooper decal design for you. Just send a P.M of some of the ideas of what you would like on the decal design.

I'm nice in the way that being "mean" is whipping this guy up to the concept off standards excpected of most Lego Based form communitys so in a sense I am being...nife..nirr...Nice? Either that or I've spent so much time with guildies I'm starting to act like one. O_o, besides everyones got to face reality some time and better the easy way rather the hard way. In my defence I DID say "I see more potential".

Darman, work on the non-guildie-like-ness. It is a bad custom, but you probably nuked this poor kid.

I don't think that Darman was mean at all. If you don't like a Moc, and thinks it needs improvement, would you say "This looks great amn! I love it!" No. I would expect people to tell me if my Mocs weren't very good and could be better.

You have a point. But. He could've been nicer about it. Saying what he said is far different than saying "It looks bad now, but it could look a lot better."

The whole drunken Teebz description may have been a little unnescary for anyone in the guild but since I'm almost positive he isn't I think it wouldn't be understood. I'm still sticking with my words though. Oh and Dutch did you really have to chance the avatars again, a low blow since I can't change it from my Itouch.
