As far as I know, you don't. I use cammo from Google Images, which seems to be scanned real cammo.

Re: How to make camo?
1. Get Paint.net. (getpaint.net is the site name, or Google it.) I would recommend learning how to use it fairly well first.
2. Open a template.
3. Copy (rightclick>copy, or if it's in Paint.net, Select it and hit Edit>copy) the camouflage.
4. In Paint.net, in the template, hit Edit>paste into new layer.
5. Select the layer with the template and using the wand tool, select the areas that you don't want the cammo on.
6. Keeping the selection, go to the cammo layer and hit the Delete key.
7. Hit Image>flatten and then File>save as and name it something else so you don't delete the original template file.
8. You've got your cammo template!
PM me if you've got more questions.
