They look really great on minifigs, I would recommend them.

Yeah, I think some paint stays on them though. PEDRO-79 and some others have painted AMA before.

Chrome weapons seem somewhat useless to me, sure, they look pretty cool but their totally unrealistic...
I'm not saying clones are any better BTW.
